CITS Admission Counselling 2020-2021: Final Transfer Round Registrations will be available by 15-02-2021 10.00 am to 05.30 pm and Final Spot Admission Registrations will be available by 15-02-2021 10.00 am to 16-02-2021 05.30 pm
Final Transfer Round -
- This transfer round is only for candidates who have completed Final admission.
- Option for transfer will be opened for candidates who have not got their First choice of institute.
- Candidates who have already got transferred will not be considered
- Only one choice for change will be provided and transfer can be done only once.
- Candidate can view his/her probability of getting their choice and freeze his choice.
- Candidate will be provided his choice of Institute, If available, according to Merit
- Details of Transfer will be available in the candidate login at the end of the Day.
- Once transfer process is completed, no change for reversion to their originally allotted Institute will be entertained.
- The option for transfer will be open on 15-02-2021, from 10.00 AM till 5.30 PM
Registration 15th February 2021 Monday Activity
- Check out the vacancies to know the availability of vacant seats in various NSTIs/IToTs
- Login with your credentials and Select the Institute of your choice for transfer. Only one choice of Institute is allowed
- Seat gets automatically locked in the final choice made by the candidate at 5.30 PM Server time.
- Transfer will be allotted as per merit, as per AICET marks scored.
- Transfer, if allotted will appear in your login
Final Spot Admission -
All vacant seats will be available for Final Spot Admission.
- Vacant seats will be displayed in the portal
- Only Candidates who have cleared the AICET 2020 Cut Off are eligible for CITS 2020 Spot Admission.
- Candidates who have cleared in AICET 2020 and have not taken part in the counselling so far, can also participate in the Spot Admission by paying the Counselling Fee
- Candidates who have paid their counselling Fee earlier and who have not got admission in all the three rounds, can appear for Spot Admission.
- Already admitted candidates cannot participate in the Spot Admission.
Registration 15 th and 16 th February 2021 Monday and Tuesday Activity
- Check out the vacancies to know the availability of seats in various NSTIs/IToTs
- Login with your credentials and check out the probability of getting a seat in an NSTI/IToT
- Select the Institute of your choice. Candidate can fill 4 choices of Institute in order of their preference.
- Pay your counselling Fee if not paid earlier
- Seat gets automatically locked in the final choice made by the candidate at 5.30 PM on 16th February Server time.
- Rank Allotted as per AICET marks scored (merit)
- Seats allotted as per rank and choice
- Candidate, whose name appears in the merit list may go to the allotted NSTI and complete final Admission after certificate verification
Spot Admission 17th, 18th, 19th and 20 th February 2021
- Login with your credentials and check out the allotted seat.
- Seats allotted Candidates should go to allotted Institute and complete the admission process.
