CITS P.O.T Syllabus gives a fair understanding of important concepts and marking scheme of chapters further enabling them to focus more on the relevant topics. 

Training Methodology

This manual consist of theoretical information and practical exercises of Training Methodology. The duration of the course is three-month consist of 14 units. This course is to train Instructors in the techniques of transferring hands-on-skills, in order to train semi-skilled/skilled manpower for the industry. Structure of the training programme is such that comprehensive training both in skill development and training methodology is imparted to the trainees.

These manual contents are sequenced according to the syllabus planned by CSTARI. An attempt has been made to provide sufficient information related to the units and lessons. The main objective of this course material is to fulfil the need for the Craft Instructor Training Scheme. The units are given below

On completion of this book, you shall be able to -
